Breathwork is life work
The more you understand your breath, the more you will understand your life.
Breathwork is more than just taking a deep breath, it has intention, awareness and direction.
Breathwork is a powerful practice, exercise and a discipline.
It is not something you are going to be able to do one time and receive all of its benefits. It is an exercise like Yoga, that needs to be practiced on a regular basis to get the most benefit from it.
It will help to have some guidance of a Breathwork session before you begin but not necessary. And there are somethings to understand about the breath and you, as you know yourself now.
There is more to you than the common five senses know. Breathwork will awaken this if you surrender to the mystery of conscious breathing.
